I am a 31 year old husband of a beautiful/smart/very talented wife Tanya & two amazing children. My oldest son Alex Jr. is 6 years old and my little princes Abey is 5 years old. They were born 11 month apart 🙂
We are the owners of more than 1 successful business. I started doing business when i was 10 years old, breading Beavers & Rabbits and at 12 yrs old i had over 10 snow cleaning accounts that i would do before school. Since 17 yrs, old, I have been expending a business that has grow to 3 businesses with many employes. I have also helped start over 10 other businesses for different people.
If you were to ask me “what do you specialize in, what is your expertise?” I would say that Im an Expert in Start up Business, Systems Engineering & Business Consulting. I love to read and over the last 7 years i have read over 100 books on Business, Management, Leadership & Marketing. Business is very easy to me, but pastoring and helping people is so much more rewarding.
Tanya and I are Christians, we pastor an amazing church NewLifeChurchSF.org for 7 years now, she does women ministry, graphic design, media and i do Preaching & Vision. We are trying to Finish our Theology degrees at Liberty University on line. Im also a musician and a song writer, with one original CD record.
Many years ago God has given us a word that we will be “Raising Stars” & thats what we have been believing for for years. I want to see as many people as possible to 1st know Jesus as a personal savior & friend; 2nd Dream Big & use their gifts to the foolest and be Stars, Shine brightly in this world for the Glory Of God. (Jesus said that we are the Light of the World)
Something that Tanya and i are passionate about is Raising People Up – thats our greatest God given area of expertise. Wether in business world, entertainment world, in personal life or in church its all the same to God. One of our students made it to Top 70 on American Idol season 9. We are also raising Songwriters, many Business people, pastors, teachers, college students, politicians, etc… Our focus is helping individuals to succeed in every area of their life & bring glory to Jesus. “If you received one talent from the Master than you need to multiply it and make it two” we really believe that scripture & thats what makes us experts in Raising Stars.
As you can see I’m an over-achiever, I do struggle with pride just like every driven leader does. I repent as soon as I see it. So i have to make sure that my life is balanced and JEsus is always first in everything. I Thank God for giving me a wise God fearing and very balanced wife 🙂

Pastor never be afraid to tell like it like it is. Your job is not to convict or move the members during a sermon. Your job is to stay true to what God has placed in your heart ,to speak it Boldly with conviction . Its God job to to do the rest. If you stay true without comprimise then God will bless that . Do look to see how members respond stay focused on what God says to speak AMEN .
